Cognitive behavioural psychotherapy in Warsaw and online
I help adolescents and adults who struggle with relationships, low mood or low self-worth to regain calm and a better understanding of themselves.

If you know that feeling — tension that will not ease, thoughts that keep you awake, relationships that hurt instead of supporting — you do not have to face it alone.
Psychotherapy can be a space where you understand your emotions and the way you function day to day.
Six areas, one path
- 01
Difficulties in relationships
Support in building and maintaining healthy relationships — in your partnership, family and at work.
- 02
Low self-worth
Changing negative beliefs about yourself, building agency and self-compassion.
- 03
Low mood and well-being
Help with frequent sadness, apathy and a lack of energy for everyday life.
- 04
Stress and overload
Working with chronic stress — including the kind that comes from the pace of work and professional life.
- 05
Anxiety and tension
Support when anxiety interferes with everyday decisions, sleep and contact with people.
- 06
Life crises
Intervention and support in hard moments: change, loss, situations that overwhelm your usual ways of coping.
Ola’s practice is a place where you don’t feel judged, but heard and understood.
★★★★★Julia · patient, ZnanyLekarz.pl
From the very start Aleksandra was highly professional, warm and empathetic. She attended carefully to our daughter’s needs and worked to understand her, so that our daughter felt heard. The sessions were fruitful and the therapy well chosen. Highly recommend!
This was my first experience of therapy, so I worried whether I would open up. Ola is warm, empathetic and deeply engaged, and she never judges. She helped me understand the patterns I had been living by. I can already see the results.
This is my first therapy ever and I know I could not have chosen better. Ola never rushes you — she waits until you are ready to open up. She takes careful notes and remembers even the smallest details in later sessions. I feel truly cared for.
Who you’ll be working with
My name is Aleksandra Uzar and I am a cognitive behavioural psychotherapist. I hold a psychology degree from the University of Warsaw and I am a certified psychotherapist, having completed 4 years of postgraduate CBT training at the Centrum CBT School in Warsaw (PTTPB Certificate no. 2111).
I gained experience at the Neuropsychiatric Hospital in Lublin, at the EY Foundation — working with children in foster care, at the Empowering Children Foundation on the Helpline for Children and Youth, and at the psychiatric ward of Bielański Hospital in Warsaw. I work both in private practice and within the public health system — with adolescents and adults.
What I value most is an individual approach to each person. The therapeutic relationship matters deeply to me — a practical, concrete approach to difficulties, moving toward a whole understanding of the other person.
